Dilip Buildcon Wins Rs. 6.88 bn Solapur Corridor Project

Dilip Buildcon has received a Letter of Award from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a 4-lane elevated corridor project in Solapur, Maharashtra, valued at Rs. 6.88 bn excluding goods and services tax (GST). The project will be developed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), a public-private partnership model used for highway construction.

The contract covers the construction of the elevated corridor and its approaches between Old Pune Naka and Boramani Naka on National Highway 65 (NH 65) within Solapur city. The alignment will run from Km 0.050 to Km 9.710, covering a stated length of 9.66 km.

Dilip Buildcon is required to complete the construction within 24 months. The operation period will extend for 15 years from the commercial operation date (COD), according to the company’s exchange filing dated October 29, 2026. The award was made by a domestic entity and has been classified as a general contract.

The company’s disclosure stated that neither its promoter group nor related parties have an interest in NHAI. It also said the contract does not qualify as a related-party transaction, while confirming that the project consideration excludes GST and that the order is domestic in nature.

The latest filing followed an earlier disclosure dated September 28, 2026, and was submitted to BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India. The company also stated that its trading window for insiders and connected persons had been closed from the end of the quarter until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The order adds to Dilip Buildcon’s portfolio of road and urban transport infrastructure projects in India.
