Dilip Buildcon Wins Rs. 6.88 bn Solapur Elevated Corridor Project

Dilip Buildcon has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a 4-lane elevated corridor project in Solapur, Maharashtra, valued at Rs. 6.88 bn excluding goods and services tax (GST). The project will be developed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).

The contract covers construction of the elevated corridor and its approaches between Old Pune Naka and Boramani Naka on National Highway 65 (NH-65), within Solapur city. The alignment extends from Km 0.050 to Km 9.710 and has a stated length of 9.66 km.

Dilip Buildcon is required to complete construction within 24 months. The operation period will run for 15 years from the commercial operation date (COD), according to the company’s exchange filing dated October 29, 2026. The award was made by a domestic entity and is classified as a general contract.

The company said neither its promoter group nor related parties have an interest in NHAI, and the contract does not fall within related-party transactions. The project consideration excludes GST, while the disclosure identifies the contract as a domestic order.

Dilip Buildcon’s filing followed an earlier disclosure dated September 28, 2026, and was submitted to BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India. It also noted that the trading window for insiders and connected persons had already been closed from the end of the quarter until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, are declared.
