Gaurs Group Sells 1,088 Flats for Rs. 18 bn on Yamuna Expressway

Real estate developer Gaurs Group has sold all 1,088 apartments in its Gaur Alaris housing project on the Yamuna Expressway for Rs. 18 bn, highlighting strong demand for residential property in the corridor. The project is located in Sector 22D and was launched in early August.

The 12-acre development is positioned along the Yamuna Expressway, which connects Noida and Greater Noida with Agra. The company said the complete sell-out reflected buyer confidence in the area’s potential as a residential destination and in the planning and execution of its developments.

Gaurs Group said the sales response indicated growing customer interest in the Yamuna Expressway, where infrastructure expansion and connectivity have supported the emergence of new housing and commercial projects. The company did not provide a detailed breakdown of the apartment sizes, pricing or the timing of registrations.

The group has nearly three decades of experience in the National Capital Region (NCR) property market. Its portfolio covers residential, commercial, retail, education and hospitality developments, giving it exposure to several segments of the real estate industry.

Gaurs Group has delivered more than 100 mn sq ft of real estate and developed over 75,000 units across more than 75 projects, including three integrated townships. The company described the sell-out as a sign of sustained demand from homebuyers for projects located along the Yamuna Expressway and in surrounding parts of the NCR.
