Gaur City Mall Records Rs 100 Crore Monthly Sales in FY26

Gaur City Mall recorded monthly retail sales of more than Rs 100 crore consistently during FY 2025-26, strengthening its position as a leading retail and lifestyle destination in North India.

The milestone was announced as the mall marked its seventh anniversary with ‘The Billion Celebration’, recognising its growth alongside retail partners, shoppers and other stakeholders.

Spread across 8 lakh sq ft, the mall forms part of the larger Gaur City Township and was developed to provide shopping, entertainment and community facilities for residents. It has since expanded its reach beyond the township to serve consumers across Noida and Greater Noida.

Operating at 100 per cent occupancy, Gaur City Mall houses more than 150 national and international brands. Its tenants include Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Marks & Spencer, Decathlon, Adidas, Skechers, Tanishq, Kalyan Jewellers, MAX, Hamleys, PVR, Croma and Reliance Digital.

The mall attributed its performance to a balanced tenant mix, consistent footfall growth, brand curation and an understanding of its customer catchment.

Sarthak Gaur, Director, Gaurs Group, said the milestone reflected the company’s integrated township vision, under which retail plays an important role in supporting everyday convenience and community engagement.

The anniversary celebrations included a large-scale balloon shower and retailer recognition awards, bringing together brand partners, shoppers and stakeholders.

Gaur City Mall plans to further improve retail productivity and expand its experiential offerings as the NCR retail market continues to evolve.
