Innovision Secures Toll Contract In Rajasthan

Shares of Innovision rose one point five five per cent to Rs 295.15 after the company said it had received a Letter of Award worth Rs 2.052 billion (bn) for collection of user fees at the Kishangarh Toll Plaza in Rajasthan. The contract was awarded through a competitive bidding process conducted via e-tender and covers collection services at the toll plaza.

The scope of the engagement includes upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks and replenishment of consumable items, and the contract is to be executed over a period of one year. The company indicated that the award encompasses operational and facility management responsibilities at the plaza.

Innovision clarified that the contract does not constitute a related-party transaction and that neither its promoters nor members of the promoter group hold any interest in the award. The firm is engaged in providing manpower services, toll plaza management and skill development training across India and views expansion of toll operations as part of its service portfolio.

On a consolidated basis the company reported that net profit rose eight point three three per cent to Rs 118.7 million (mn) on a six point four two per cent increase in total income to Rs 2.6878 bn in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 26 over the same period a year earlier. The financial results reflect growth in core operations and the recent contract will add to the company's revenue in the near term.

The award followed standard procurement procedures under e-tendering and will be executed over the stated one year term, the company added. Market participants noted the stock movement and the company reiterated its focus on operational delivery and compliance with contract obligations.
