MLA proposes bridge and road construction project in Jamshedpur East
Saryu Roy, MLA, has received administrative approval for a proposal for a new bridge and road project in Jamshedpur East, addressing the prevalent traffic congestion issue. Valued at more than Rs 777 million, the scheme aims to alleviate heavy vehicle jams in the Mango area. Once implemented, it is anticipated to improve traffic flow throughout Jamshedpur significantly. Roy stated that planning for the project will commence after the Lok Sabha elections. Roy expressed his appreciation for Chief Minister Champai Soren and officials from the Road Construction Department on the social media platform X. The proposed infrastructure includes a bridge and a 7-kilometer road linking Litti Chowk to NH-33 (Bhilaipahari). This initiative will transform traffic management and enhance connectivity in the Jamshedpur East Assembly Constituency. The project's approval underscores the commitment to addressing traffic congestion issues in Jamshedpur. Roy's proposal is seen as a significant step towards improving the city's infrastructure and facilitating smoother transportation for its residents.
