PM launches projects worth Rs 31 billion in Surat

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch and inaugurate projects worth over Rs 31 billion in Surat.

PM will inaugurate Surat Municipal Corporation’s projects worth Rs 27.51 billion, Dream City’s projects worth Rs 3.86 billion and a project of National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) worth Rs 430 billion.

A computerised draw of PMAY Housing Scheme worth Rs 2.43 billion will be launched.

The Modern Coach Factory (MCF) in Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, has reached a major production milestone with the manufacture of its 15,000th passenger coach on December 15, the Ministry of Railways said.
