Darjeeling station to be upgraded

The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (DHR) station will be upgraded into a model hub with more amenities. The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway is a world heritage site of UNESCO. The Railways wants to introduce modern amenities along with some beautification, without changing the old heritage look of the station.
