Mumbai Port Trust (MbPT) will immediately free around 150 hectare for infrastructure projects such as entertainment hubs and all weather marina project. It is in the process of appointing an international consultancy to draw up a master plan for developing the land in the next five years. Eight bidders have already come through a global bidding process.
