Motherson, through its joint venture Samvardhana Motherson Hamakyorex Engineered Logistics (SAMRX), has signed an agreement with Dighi Port (DPL), a subsidiary of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ), to develop a dedicated automobile export facility at Dighi Port in Maharashtra.

The partnership will position Dighi Port as a new export terminal for vehicle manufacturers in the Mumbai–Pune auto belt.
