Bengaluru's Kempegowda International Airport's Terminal 2 has been officially unveiled by the Prime Minister. The construction of Bengaluru's Terminal 2 at Kempegowda International Airport cost around Rs 50 billion. From the current 25 million, the terminal will increase capacity handling to 50-60 million passengers annually. The passenger experience at Terminal 2 is envisioned to be like taking a walk in the garden, paying homage to Bengaluru's Garden City. More than 10,000 sq m of green walls, hanging gardens, and outdoor gardens will be passed through by passengers. The Airport has already set a standard for sustainability with its campus-wide use of 100 per cent renewable energy. Contact: Kempegowda International Airport Website: www.bengaluruairport.com
