N Neelakanteswaran, Executive Director (Operations), Capacit´e Infraprojects, has been instrumental in structuring the information flow and collaboration process within Capacit´e through the IBM Lotus Domino-based Intranet system. He has also championed the implementation of the ERP software for the construction industry ie, Buildsmart (CCS, South Africa) to streamline the procurement process within the budgeted cost. With 20 years of experience in civil infrastructure, Neelakanteswaran has earlier worked as CEO of Oriental Tollways. He also has 15 years of experience in the highways sector and five years of experience in the urban infrastructure sector.
