Technip Energies commissions Dahej captive jetty

Technip Energies India has commissioned its first captive jetty at its Modular Manufacturing Yard in Dahej, Gujarat, dispatching its first large-scale process module consignment to the Netherlands for a global energy major. The move strengthens India’s position as a strategic manufacturing and export hub.

The jetty enables direct movement of oversized modules weighing up to 4,000 metric tonnes, overcoming road transport constraints. Transit time has reduced from about 15 days by road to 48–72 hours, while fuel savings of nearly 60–70 per cent lower costs and emissions.

Completed in around seven months, the facility supports Technip Energies’ global modular execution strategy and future international project deliveries.
