This solution is produced from natural materials and does not contain any harmful or inflammable ingredients. It is dry-mixed 100 per cent waterproof and dehumidifying mortar consisting of grey portland cement, high quality graded silica sand and Izo-component for plastering of rough-surface walls with resistance to permanent positive water pressure up to 5 bar and negative water pressure up to 1 bar.&nbsp; IZONIL plasters are supplied as ready-mixed powder bags, just add water at site.<br /> <br /> Applied directly to walls or roofs as plaster, it prevents ingress of water from either side of the plaster while remaining air permeable, allowing trapped moisture to escape rapidly. Hard, Roof, Extra are purely for waterproofing applications, whereas the other products are plasters with a little lesser degree of waterproofing properties designed to be applied on walls as high-performance plasters. <br /> <br /> <span style="font-weight: bold;">Limitations of IZONIL</span><br /> IZONIL waterproofing systems should not be used in applications under constant movement. Being a rigid system, it may crack when subjected to excessive movements. Therefore, areas that require flexibility and face recurring movements would be better waterproofed another way.
