What is the mission following which Genesis Engineering has being catering to the demands of the industry since its inception?
Since our inception in 2000, we have been executing the most challenging projects under critical conditions by using the latest and eco-friendly technologies. We always provide our customers with the best services in the industry, ranging from engineering machinery spares and components and high-end structural fabrication work. Presently, we are involved in gradual alteration of structures with the help of our services.

Elaborate on the consultancy provided by the company for demolition projects.
Demolition is a critical engineering process and needs a lot of attention. There is no formal training provided in this sector, and no institute imparts knowledge of demolition; there are only few international courses available. Sometimes, even the customer is unaware of the criticality and method of demolishing a structure. Every project is site specific; its execution is influenced by natural and social conditions such as weather, labour supply, local building codes, etc. Expertise and knowledge therefore become essential in this situation.

We have the required expertise for demolition, having worked for several years in the industry. We do can do cutting, lowering/dismantling and crushing with Combi Cutters and other different machineries and techniques for varied structures of any height. We not only take into account the safety of adjacent structures and our execution team but also execute our projects on time and make them eco-friendly by taking into consideration the dust, noise, vibrations or any other conditions.

Pile breaking is a major safety hazard for demolition workers and is also time consuming. What are Genesis' methods for speedy, precise and safe results?
We mainly adopt the following two methods:
a) Pile cropping: This includes the preparation of pile dismantling before steel casing piling, which is later cracked at the deformation point and lifted.
b) Pile crushing: In this method, the piles are crushed with the help of a hydraulic pile crusher attached to the excavator that can work at a good speed as soon as the piles are exposed for breaking.

What are the new initiatives of the company in terms of delivering technical services?
We have small machines that can enter into the basement and also be loaded up at top floor levels. With the help of these machines, we can perform activities like crushing, breaking, trenching and cornering of RCC, as the traditional methods are inadequate or too expensive with respect to time and money. We have also added services like the High Reach Demolition Dinosaur, which can be used for demolition of all tall structures by using a hydraulic Combi Crusher and shifting debris from one site to another in bulk quantity for faster operations in safer conditions.
