Interarch showcases its significant role in constructing the infrastructure and warehousing space for the Indospace Logistics Park in Jhajjar, Haryana.

The warehousing market in India is expected to grow at a CAGR of 12.17 per cent by 2020. Warehousing space has grown by 60 per cent in the past few months. In upcoming months the sector is going to enjoy huge demand with the implementation of GST.

Interarch played a significant role in constructing the infrastructure and warehousing space for the Indospace Logistics Park in Jhajjar, Haryana. Till date, Interarch has executed and constructed nine buildings with covered area of over 75,000 sq m at the Jhajjar site.

The foremost objective for the project team was to finish the project in the stipulated time period with high safety expectations of the client. All safety standard was followed at site, and the project was completed without any accidents.

In totality, 2700 MT of steel was supplied and erected, and 165,141 sq m of roofing and sheeting was supplied and installed. The buildings were manufactured at Interarch Pant Nagar Plants.

Roof monitor have been used for the ventilation on top of the building and louvers used in the wall for inlet of air in the building.
