New appointments

Pioneer Property Zone has announced the appointment of Anand Sundaram as the company's CEO. Sundaram has an experience of two and half decades and will be responsible for the overall functions of the firm. Motilal Oswal Private Equity Advisors has announ¡ced the appointment of Sharad Mittal as Head-Real Estate business. Mittal is a chartered accountant and brings with him a rich experience of 12 years in real estate investments and fund raising. Knight Frank India has inducted two new senior management executives Rajeev Bairathi and Satish BN to strengthen its leadership team. Bairathi has been appointed as Executive Director-Capital Transaction Group and North; while Satish BN has been chosen as Executive Director-South.
