Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) plans to invest Rs 5,000 crore for expanding its Koyali refinery capacity from 13.7 mtpa to 18 mtpa. The expansion will take two-three years. IOC was also evaluating another option of expanding the refining capacity by 2.3 mtpa via de-bottlenecking.
