Reliance Infrastructure has started operations on its fourth 400 kV double circuit transmission line of about 150 km between Parali and Solapur in western Maharashtra. The BOT project is part of the Rs 1,400 crore Western Regional System strengthening project totalling 1,500 km. RInfra's wholly-owned subsidiary, Reliance Power Transmission has commissioned the first three transmission lines of the project including the line in line out under Lonikand-Kalwa.
