AWE launches Encanterra

AWE Residences has launched Encanterra – a luxury residential development in North Goa. The project comprises six villas, each constructed to international specifications with a built-up area of up to 5,500 sq ft and an individual plot area of up to 850 sq yards set on 1 acre. Inspired by futuristic design including minimalist lines and glazed walls, these villas are an organic fusion between the interiors and exteriors. They have been designed by Wong Chiu Man from Wow Architects, Singapore, whose portfolio includes hospitality brands such as Shangri La, Intercontinental, and St Regis, in collaboration with local architect, Utkarsh Kothari from Utkarsh Kothari and Associates.
