FedEx leases 115,000 sq ft office space

FedEx has taken 115,000 sq ft office space on lease at realty developer Kanakia Spaces commercial project Boomerang in Mumbai's Andheri suburb. The courier company is planning to shift its India headquarters to this new office from its current one spread over 80,000 sq ft in Powai. The lease at Boomerang is for 10 years with a monthly rental of 80 per sq ft and a reset clause every three years.
