Indiabulls plans to raise Rs.1,000 cr via its second real estate fund

Indiabulls Asset Management Company´s private equity fund is planning to raise Rs 1,000 crore. The amount is being raised through its real estate fund Indiabulls High Yield Fund, including a green shoe option of Rs 500 crore. The new fund, with a four-year tenure, offers the option of being extended by a year. Indiabulls High Yield Fund will seek investment opportunities in top eight residential markets in India.
