TDR for realty firms developing roads in Maharashtra

Realty firms willing to undertake development of roads will be given TDR (Transfer of Development Rights) after examining as per recent announcement from Maharashtra PWD Minister Eknath Shinde. He also asked Mumbai realty developers to focus on construction of affordable housing projects to allow the middle-class citizens to realise their dream of owning a house.
