Amaravati, the upcoming new capital of Andhra Pradesh, has the potential to become a world-class city, thanks to its strategic location and proposed infrastructure development, according to a report released by Knight Frank India. The report says that the new city will greatly benefit from proximity to existing booming urban centres such as Vijayawada and Guntur. Many new infrastructure projects are in the offing to improve connectivity between the new Andhra Pradesh capital and other urban centres.
