Aditya Birla’s October shipments rise 11 per cent

Aditya Birla Group’s cement shipments in October rose 11.1 per cent from a year earlier to 2.819 mn tonne.

Production rose an annual 12.5 per cent to 2.934 mn tonne.

The Group’s cement business includes flagship company Grasim Industries and unit UltraTech Cement with a combined yearly production capacity of 42 mn tonne.
