Big cement cos report higher sales in Dec

ACC, Ambuja Cement and UltraTech Cement have reported an increase in production of between 7-11 per cent in December 2011. While production at UltraTech grew 10.8 per cent to 3.77 mn tonne, ACC reported a growth of 6.28 per cent to 2.03 mn tonne and Ambuja, 1.91 mn tonne, up 6.81 per cent.
