Cement factory in Dhenkanal

The State Level Single Window Clearance Authority (SLSWCA) has approved a Rs 365-crore proposal by Hyderabad-based Bhavya Cements to set up a 3 mn tonne per annum cement factory at Tentuliapada in Odisha. According to reports, the land required for the project will be assessed soon. Other proposals from sponge iron investors will be re-examined on the basis of availability of water and pollution.
