JK Cement has started commercial production from its split-grinding unit at Jharli in Haryana. The 1.5 MTA plant will source its raw material from both internal and external sources such as fly-ash from the NTPC power plant and clinker from JK Cement´s Nimbahera and Mangrol units. The company states that this new facility will help it serve major markets including Delhi, Haryana and Punjab more effectively and logistically.
