Brighton setting up Rs 2,880 cr nuclear equip plant in AP

US-based Brighton Group is planning to set up a Rs 2,880 crore (US $600 mn) nuclear power equipment manufacturing facility near Vishakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. The proposed plant will be set up on 800 acre in Vishakhapatnam district. The Government of Andhra Pradesh and Brighton will sign a MoU for the project in the next two weeks. The facility will service not only the Indian nuclear power plants but also the international markets.
