Dharan Infra-EPC Wins Rs 2.15 Bn Solar Project in Maharashtra

Dharan Infra-EPC has announced the signing of a Rs 2.15 billion agreement with Skymax Infrapower for the development of a 75 MW solar power plant in Maharashtra.

The project, undertaken through the company’s wholly owned subsidiary — Dharan Infra Solar— includes design, engineering, procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the 75 MW Alley Solar Project. The solar plant will be spread across nine sites in Nanded district and is slated for completion between FY 2025–26 and FY 2026–27.

The agreement marks a continuation of Dharan Infra-EPC’s partnership with Skymax Infrapower. Earlier, on August 31, 2025, the company secured EPC contracts worth Rs 11.71 billion from Skymax for infrastructure and renewable-linked projects at Orvakal Industrial Park in Andhra Pradesh.

Additionally, Dharan Infra Solar has also received solar EPC contracts totalling Rs 2.62 billion for grid-connected solar power projects aimed at solarising agricultural feeders across multiple districts in Uttar Pradesh.

The company stated that the latest transaction with Skymax Infrapower is a non-related party agreement executed in the ordinary course of business.
