Diamond Power Wins Rs 662m Cable Supply Order

Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd has received a letter of intent from Hild Projects Private Limited for the supply of power cables valued at Rs 661.8 million, excluding taxes, the company said in an exchange filing.

The order has been awarded by Hild Projects, a domestic engineering, procurement and construction contractor, and will be executed on a kilometre-rate basis with a price variation formula. Diamond Power said the contract is scheduled to be carried out between January 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026.

The company clarified that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in Hild Projects and that the order does not qualify as a related-party transaction.

Shares of Diamond Power Infrastructure closed 0.78 per cent lower at Rs 140 on the BSE on Friday, ahead of the disclosure.

Diamond Power Infrastructure operates in the power cables segment and continues to benefit from steady order inflows linked to ongoing investments in power transmission and infrastructure projects.
