Vikram Solar Plans Cell, Battery Manufacturing Facility

Vikram Solar Ltd, a leading solar photovoltaic (PV) module manufacturer, has announced plans to establish a fully integrated 1GWh solid-state cell and battery manufacturing facility in Chennai. The plant, which will feature the company’s proprietary battery management system (BMS) technology, has the potential to scale up to 5GWh.
