Melstarr Aviations Tech, a wholly owned subsidiary of Melstarr Information Technologies, has announced its entry into the aviation training sector with plans to establish a modern Flight Training Organisation (FTO) in Karnataka.The company has committed an initial investment of Rs 3 billion, making it one of the largest private sector ventures in India’s pilot training industry.
