Xander Group is an institutional investment firm focused on long term value investing and managing equity capital in excess of $2 bn. This property is the company´s key investment in hospitality portfolio held under its investment vehicle Boutique Hotels India. Ashika Capital has been instrumental in facilitating large sized deals in the past few months.
