Chinta Sridhar, Managing Director, Navayuga Engineering Company With his unmatched domain knowledge, expertise and leadership style, Chinta Sridhar, has set unmatched benchmarks for his company – having clenched two Guinness World Records earlier this year. Sridhar joined the family-run Navayuga Group in 1995 as a site engineer. Rising through the ranks over the next decade and a half, he assumed the position of managing director of the company in 2010 through sheer merit, hard work and outstanding performance. Under his leadership, Navayuga is on its way to become a global construction and infrastructure icon. It is this relentless pursuit of excellence that won him the award of the Person of the Year 2019 in the Private Sector at the recently concluded 17th CONSTRUCTION WORLD Global Awards. We honour him for his acumen and wish him continued success and many more firsts in the years to come.
