Chief Minister Pema Khandu has guaranteed the implementation of road connectivity in Vijaynagar by March 2022. Vijaynagar is yet to have a proper road link, and people have to walk for days to reach Miao town. Recently, Governor BD Mishra visited the Miao-Vijaynagar road to acquire firsthand knowledge of the work progress. The governor showed serious concern over the slow progress of the road construction.
