GMDA launches annual road repair projects near NH-48

The Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) in Haryana has started annual road repair projects near the Delhi-Jaipur carriageway of NH-48. Many housings, commercial spaces, office buildings, hospitals, residential complexes witness high traffic footfall each day. Under the maintenance and repair of roads, potholes will be filled using granular sub-base and web mix macadam. It will repair the patches using dense bituminous macadam or bituminous concrete. The Authority will also be repairing footpaths to facilitate pedestrian movement and paint the curbstones. Damaged road marking will also be repaired.
