With celebratory events in Delhi and Mumbai, Turner International celebrated 50 years of global presence.

In 1902, Turner Construction Company was founded on the core principles of teamwork, integrity and commitment. One of the largest construction management companies in the US, with a construction volume of $10 billion in 2014, it is a subsidiary of German company Hochtief. Today, the company´s reach is global, with each of its offices upholding its founder´s vision to provide valuable services to clients, build partnerships in the community, and deliver quality products. In fact, Turner has over 50 offices across the world, employing over 5,500 construction experts; over 1,400 are LEED-accredited.

Turner International has regional operations in Latin America and the Caribbean, India, Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. With a staff of over 1,500, the company currently manages projects totalling over 40 million sq m in building area with a value of more than $50 billion. One of the largest construction management companies based out of the US, Turner International is celebrating its 50 years of global presence with events in Delhi and Mumbai to mark to the occasion. Peter J Davoren, President & CEO, Turner Construction Company; Abrar Sheriff, President & CEO, Turner International, and Jairam Panch, Managing Director, Turner India, were present for these events along with clients, staff and special guests.

Creating landmarks
Turner has earned global recognition in managing large, complex projects, fostering innovation, embracing emerging technologies and making a difference for its clients, employees and the community overall.

A few iconic projects managed by Turner International include Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall, Dubai International Financial Centre, Bitexco Financial Tower, Vietnam, Taipei 101, Emirates Towers, Emirates Palace Hotel and JW Marriott Hotel, Hanoi. ¨Throughout our history, Turner has worked on some of the world´s best-known buildings with some of the world´s most renowned architects in more than 60 countries since 1965,¨ said Sheriff. ¨While we are proud of our building accomplishments, we also celebrate the people who have brought us to this point.¨

The India journey
In India, Turner Project Management India was established in 2008 with headquarters in Mumbai. Under the leadership of Panch, the company now manages projects in Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Gujarat. Some signature projects include the DLF´s Mall of India project, the largest mall in India; and the Statue of Unity project, the world´s tallest statue in Gujarat.

Turner has several landmark projects underway in 17 countries. These include VietinBank Tower in Vietnam, Pertamina Energy Tower in Indonesia, the Louvre Abu Dhabi in the UAE, several projects in Malaysia, Federation Tower in Russia, Talan Towers in Kazakhstan, the Statue of Unity in India, and the Torre BBVA Bancomer in Mexico. Evidently, the journey of excellence will continue in the next 50 years, and beyond.

HCC Net Profit Stands at Rs 2.28 Billion for Q4 FY25

Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) reported a standalone net profit of Rs 2.28 billion in Q4 FY25, a sharp increase from Rs 388 million in Q4 FY24.
