Sanjay Londhe, Director & CEO-Projects, Ashoka Buildcon has received the prestigious award - ´Engineer of the Year 2014´ from The Federation of Engineering Institutions of Asia and the Pacific (FEIAP) at an event in Beijing, China. He has been awarded this title for his lifetime contributions to the engineering profession in Asia. This award has been given only to a few Indian engineers. PNC Menon, Founder & Chairman of Sobha Developers has received the Golden Peacock Lifetime Achievement Award for Business Leadership 2014, by the Institute of Directors. Menon was recognised for his inspirational leadership qualities and outstanding initiatives in the social sphere. JLL India has been named ´Best Property Consultancy India (5 Star Winner)´ at The International Property Awards Asia Pacific. The firm competed against a number of real estate consultancies in the region to receive this prestigious recognition.
