India's largest listed real estate firm DLF will be exiting both phases of the Hinjewadi SEZ project in Pune. This project was been executed in a joint venture with Mumbai based Ackruti City. The move is part of the company's strategy to raise liquidity by selling its non-core assets. DLF currently holds approximately 70 percent in the project. The company is also keen on exiting from the second phase of the project and has approached some real estate consultants for the same.The JV has already spent Rs 127 crore for the development of the second phase.
