The Goa mall will introduce premium retail offerings to a growing and affluent consumer base, tapping into unmet demand. DLF is also developing a 2.5 Mn sq ft mall in Gurugram. DLF currently manages 4.5 Mn sq ft of retail assets under DCCDL, a joint venture with GIC.
