Godrej Properties signs deal with Southend Infrastructure

Godrej Properties has announced that it will enter New Delhi market by developing a luxury group housing project in Okhla phase-I. Godrej has entered into agreement with Southend Infrastructure, to develop a five acre land parcel in Okhla. Pirojsha Godrej, Managing Director and CEO, Godrej Properties, said that NCR is a key part of our growth strategy and the company believe that this project's strategic location will help the company increase its presence in the region. This is company's first project in New Delhi and third in National Capital Region ( NCR). Company is already developing two residential properties.
