Palava city sees 25,000 homes sold

Lodha Group celebrates the sale of 25,000 homes in less than seven years since its inception, in Palava, a greenfield smart city in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). In FY15-16 alone, the company delivered a record of 5,942 homes. The city includes facilities such as two schools, a FIFA-standard football stadium, multi-sport arena, cricket grounds, four grand clubhouses, etc. Palava has partnered with IBM and GE to introduce smart governance and sustainable water management.
