Siddha's affordable residential project started in Kolkata
Siddha Group, a real estate developer and marketer based out of Kolkata and Jaipur, now promises to come up with a housing complex at an affordable cost. Christened Siddha Town, Madhyamgram, the project will house 400 two-and three-BHK apartments, with sizes ranging between 815 sq ft and 1,485 sq ft.
The residential complex is coming up on the Sodepore Road. Its proximity to Kalyani Expressway, Madhyamgram Chowmatha and Madhyamgram Station makes it easily accessible. The structure will have earthquake resistant RCC framed construction with infill brick walls.
The internal walls will have cement plastering overlaid with smooth, wall putty. The doors will have tough timber frames and solid-core flush shutters and the windows will have aluminium frames with fully glazed shutters and superior quality fittings. There will be ceramic tiled flooring in all bedrooms, living rooms/dining rooms and common areas.
Apartment owners can also avail of a well-equipped residents’ club, a banquet hall, a swimming pool, open badminton court, gymnasium, steam and massage room, library, open children’s play area, toddlers’ zone, crèche, multi-activity room and an indoor game facility, a spokesman of Siddha Group, told FC Build.
The developers have also promised to come up with green areas, intercom network, cable TV/DTH, broadband connectivity, power backup, 24-hours water supply, elevators and a visiting doctor’s car park, to mention a few.
