Sobha Developers plans $107 mn luxury home project

Sobha Developers Ltd plans to start a Rs 5 bn ($107 mn) project in New Delhi to build luxury homes. The project spread across 150 acre will start by March 2010. Sobha is building 21 residential projects totaling 8.5 mn sq ft and another 4.2 mn sq ft of developments for companies such as Dell Inc, Hewlett-Packard Co, Bosch Ltd, and Infosys Technologies Ltd.
