Agami Realty Wins CREDAI Award for Affordable Housing Excellence

Agami Realty has been awarded Best Residential Project – Affordable Segment (Tier III) at the inaugural CREDAI Real Estate Excellence Awards, recognising its flagship development Agami Sapphire for design quality, sustainability and people-centric planning.
The awards, held on December 19–20, honoured standout real estate projects across India following an independent evaluation by CRISIL. Agami Realty was selected from over 800 entries nationwide, underscoring its commitment to responsible development and long-term value creation.
Located in Boisar, Agami Sapphire is a 2-acre residential project offering thoughtfully designed 1 and 2 BHK homes. The development integrates sustainable features such as solar water heating, rainwater harvesting, energy-efficient construction, and heat-resistant waterproofing. Residents benefit from amenities including landscaped green zones, an aroma garden, open-air yoga spaces, and car-free internal areas designed to enhance safety and quality of life.
Commenting on the recognition, Prashant Khandelwal, CEO, Agami Realty, said, “This award validates our belief that affordability and quality can go hand in hand. Agami Sapphire reflects our commitment to building homes that are efficient, sustainable and designed for long-term livability. Being recognised by CREDAI reinforces our focus on responsible development and enduring value.”
The project reflects Agami Realty’s broader philosophy of integrating sustainability, operational efficiency and thoughtful design across its portfolio. The developer noted that the recognition further strengthens its credibility among homebuyers seeking transparent, future-ready housing solutions.
Looking ahead, Agami Realty plans to apply the same principles to upcoming developments, including its upcoming ultra-luxury project in Bandra East, while continuing to embed sustainability, energy efficiency and long-term resilience across its portfolio.
