Agami Realty Launches Ultra-Luxury Project in Bandra

Agami Realty has launched Agami Legends, an ultra-luxury residential development in Kalanagar, Bandra (East), with an estimated topline revenue potential of over Rs 6 billion. The project was unveiled by cricket legend and Agami Realty brand ambassador Sunil Gavaskar, highlighting its association with the neighbourhood's rich cricketing heritage.

The development offers around 110,000 sq. ft. of saleable inventory and comprises 67 premium residences designed around a low-density living concept that prioritises privacy and exclusivity. Residences are priced from Rs 71.8 million for 3 BHK units and Rs 119.2 million for 4 BHK homes. Agami Realty expects to achieve average realisations of approximately Rs 60,000 per sq. ft.

Located near the MIG Cricket Club, select residences feature six-foot-wide private decks overlooking the club's grounds and offering views of Mahim Bay. The project is being funded through a structured financing arrangement with Aditya Birla Housing Finance, reflecting institutional confidence in the development.

"Both Agami Realty and I believe that legacy is built through discipline, consistency and integrity. To me, that's what differentiates Agami Legends – the philosophy that drives it," said Sunil Gavaskar. "I'm delighted to be associated with a development that celebrates legacy in such a thoughtful manner."

According to Prashant Khandelwal, Director & CEO, Agami Realty, nearly 30 per cent of the inventory has already been sold during the pre-launch phase, with demand driven largely by end-users from the Santacruz-Bandra micro-market. He added that Agami Legends is expected to contribute around 40 per cent of the company's overall revenue and emerge as a key growth driver in the coming years.
