Brigade Launches Rs 27-Billion Housing Project in Hyderabad

Brigade Group has expanded its residential presence in Hyderabad with the launch of Brigade Barcelona, a premium housing project in Neopolis with an estimated revenue potential of more than ₹27 billion.

The project spans 4.04 acres and will comprise over 650 three- and four-BHK apartments. The land was acquired through an outright purchase.

Brigade Barcelona is located in Neopolis, part of Hyderabad's western growth corridor, near the Financial District, Gachibowli and HITEC City.

The project has been planned with Spanish-inspired architectural elements and includes three- and four-BHK residences. According to the company, the masterplan incorporates setbacks aimed at improving natural ventilation and privacy.

Amenities planned for the development include an eco-deck, rooftop skywalk and wellness zones.

Amar Mysore, Executive Director, Brigade Enterprises, said the company's expansion reflected its confidence in Hyderabad's economic growth and the increasing demand for premium housing, particularly in the city's western corridor.

Neopolis has emerged as a growing residential micro-market, supported by its proximity to Hyderabad's IT and business districts, road connectivity and expanding social infrastructure.

The launch further strengthens Brigade Group's presence in Hyderabad's premium residential market.
