Brigade Launches Belvedere in East Bengaluru

Brigade Group has launched Brigade Belvedere, a 10.75-acre residential development on Budigere Main Road, off Old Madras Road in East Bengaluru. The first phase includes two of five planned towers with 773 residential units.

The project has an estimated revenue potential of over Rs 11 billion and offers 1, 2 and 3 BHK configurations, with unit sizes ranging from 715 sq ft to over 2,013 sq ft. It is positioned to cater to demand for sustainable housing near key IT corridors and commercial hubs.

Commenting on the launch, Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises Limited, said, “Brigade has an extensive presence in this corridor of Bengaluru, with marquee projects including mixed-use developments in this area. Through this project, we will be setting further benchmarks for urban living in East Bengaluru. The Budigere and OMR micro markets are witnessing unprecedented growth due to improved infrastructure and connectivity. Our focus will continue to remain on delivering climate-resilient, technologically advanced homes that ensure long-term value for our customers. Brigade Belvedere is one more project in which we have committed to net zero carbon, and part of our organization wide efforts to be Net Zero by 2045.”

The development is located near major corporate offices, educational institutions, healthcare facilities and retail hubs, including Orion Uptown. Residences are designed to maximise natural light and ventilation, with private decks.

Amenities include a 24,000 sq ft clubhouse along with an additional 6,000 sq ft of facilities, supporting fitness, leisure and community engagement.
