Capacit'e Infraprojects bags three contracts worth Rs 384 cr

Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited, a leading engineering services firm, has racked up contracts worth Rs 384.7 crore from Sheth Developers, Raymond Realty, and others.

According to a regulatory filing by the construction company, the orders from Sheth Developers include the construction of super high-rise residential buildings worth Rs 149.66 crore (excluding ready-mix concrete, steel material and the goods and services tax).

The Raymond Realty order is for the construction of a high-rise residential building in Thane, worth Rs 136.30 crore. One of the company's existing clients has requested scope enhancement for one of its existing projects, worth Rs 98.70 crore in Borivali, Mumbai.

Capacit'e Infraprojects Ltd is a construction company specialising in residential, commercial, and institutional buildings, with a focus on super high-rise construction. Residential buildings, multi-level car parks, corporate office buildings, commercial buildings, and educational, hospitality, and healthcare buildings are all covered by the company's end-to-end construction services.
